Most UK mainland orders are delivered via DPD.
We currently complete our DPD drop-offs once per week, usually on Fridays. This means most UK mainland deliveries arrive on the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on DPD’s service and your location.
Please note that delivery times are from the point of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed. Most JP Cages products are made to order, so manufacturing lead times apply before dispatch.
If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise on current lead times.
UK Mainland Delivery
Most UK mainland orders are shipped by DPD once they are complete and ready to leave us.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
International Delivery
International orders are quoted case by case.
Depending on the destination, size, and weight of the order, international deliveries are normally arranged via FedEx or another suitable courier.
Please contact us before placing an international order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote.
Delivery Damage
Please inspect your delivery when it arrives. If there is visible damage to the packaging or goods, please sign for the delivery as damaged where possible and contact us straight away with photos.
We take great care when packing and dispatching orders and will always work with customers to resolve any genuine delivery issue as fairly as possible.
