At JP Cages Ltd, we take great care in the products and services we provide. Most of our products are manufactured in-house and made to order for each customer.

Because many of our products are made to order, vehicle-specific, custom, powder-coated, or bespoke, we do not normally accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed and production, design work, material ordering, or booking allocation has started.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If an issue is caused by JP Cages Ltd, including a genuine fault with our workmanship, manufacture, or supply, we will always work with the customer to put it right. Depending on the situation, this may include repair, replacement, correction, or another suitable resolution.

We want every customer to be happy with their order and we will always try to find a fair and amicable solution where possible.

However, refunds or free replacements will not normally be offered where the issue has been caused by incorrect vehicle information, customer error, third-party fitting, modification, misuse, accident damage, or changes made to the product after delivery.

Any issues, missing parts, discrepancies, or delivery damage should be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods where possible. Please provide your order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue.

Please inspect deliveries before signing. If goods arrive visibly damaged, please sign for them as DAMAGED or refuse the delivery if appropriate, then contact us as soon as possible.

Typical lead times are approximately 2–4 weeks, but this may vary depending on workload, material supply, powder coating, courier availability, and other circumstances outside our control. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Bespoke services require a deposit to secure the booking. Once admin, design work, material ordering, or booking allocation has started, part or all of the deposit may be non-refundable.
